For over twenty years I have been teaching, performing, studying and recording music in Northumberland. In 2017 I became the first pianist in Northumberland to be admitted a Fellow of the Royal Schools of Music, ABRSM's prestigious and esteemed accolade.

With advanced qualifications in instrumental tuition, classical performance and jazz I help pupils towards success in ABRSM exams, GCSE & A-levels and competitions.

As a performer I have held long standing residencies at both St James Park and the Tuxedo Princess nightclub in Newcastle. Since the mid-1990's I have been performing in restaurants and wedding venues in the north of England both as soloist and accompanist.

Based in Morpeth town centre, I am passionate about all aspects of the piano, music and teaching.

Born and raised in Northumberland, my wife, Viv, and I have two sons, Oliver and Harry.
